My baby shower was on February 7th and it was so much fun! Both of my sisters and BJ and Liz threw the shower for me at Aunt Missy's house and it was beautiful! I love them more than words can say. We got so many wonderful things and I was just overcome with emotion while looking around at all the special people in my life. It really put the timeline in perspective too! While Khalid and I have been trying to figure out where to put all these wonderful gifts, it just hit me how close the due date is to being here!! Less than eight weeks left......unbelievable. We have our "Birth of Your Baby" class coming up soon, then a trip to Tulsa, then some busy weekends in March and then BAM....it will be here! My job reduced my hours to part time today and this news might have really upset me if it had been a few months ago, but after I thought about it a while, it's kind of a blessing. My body is achy and tired and it might be nice to get some more rest!! Plus, it will give me some more time to get ready for Baby E's arrival. Everything happens for a reason, right?
